Royal Mail Cyber-Attack
Sadly Royal Mail have had a major cyber-attack in January that affected their international exporting processes (domestic was not affected) and so they have advised us that this will cause significant delays for orders placed in January and early February.
January 30th Update
We are now able to generate International Tracked labels and so have begun the process of sending out high value orders and very old orders by this method. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking link once it has been shipped. Please note that Royal Mail have advised there will be delays in delivery times.
The majority of the remaining orders will be shipped once we can print labels on our International Standard service. We will update this page again once this has happened.
February 6th Update
We are now able to print all types of International shipping labels. All orders that have been pre-packed and generally low value (sub £20) will now be shipped via International Standard service. If you placed and order last month, please allow until the end of February for it to arrive and if it hasn't then we'll send again with tracking.
February 16th Update
We are now caught up on outstanding orders and have returned to normal dispatch times. Royal Mail have still advised significant delays with international shipments taking 4-6 weeks. We hope this will come back down to the usual 1-3 weeks soon.
Thank you to everyone for you patience and understanding during this difficult time, we're through the worst of it now and hope to see things return to 'normal' shortly.
